Montgomery United Fund For You is committed to raising funds for  local not-for- profit
social service organizations. Montgomery United Fund came into existence in 1970 so
that local organizations could save time and money by combining their fundraising
campaigns into a single, community-wide effort.

Since 1970, Montgomery United Fund has raised over $9,000,000 through annual
fundraising campaigns. Just last year, Montgomery United Fund funds served
approximately 25,000 people in Montgomery County.Montgomery United Fund is a
service for everyone; its affiliated agencies serve the young, the elderly, those with
physical and mental disabilities, families in crisis, and the economically disadvantaged.
Approximately 13,000 donors gave to the last Montgomery United Fund For You
campaign, which was staffed by roughly 500 volunteers. The  social service agencies
supported by Montgomery United Fund form an essential network of services that
ensure the well-being of all citizens of our community.
